The USCIS has approved another of our clients for an EB-5 Regional Center application. It is approved for two industries and two projects.
The center is already taking in investors. This Regional Center will create hundreds of jobs in inner cities where jobs are needed most.
This Regional Center has plans for additional projects which are now on the drawing board.
We coordinated the work of the economist and business lawyer, and worked closely with the owner’s team.
